Caol Ila 12 Years Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is medium in body, with a very rounded flavour, and pale in colour with greenish tones.
The aroma is peaty with distinct floral notes. On the palate it is soft, with iodine and seaweed, a slightly medicinal edge, salt and sweetness, and it closes with a dry, peppery finish.
