Acquavite Chardonnay 2011 from Billecart, produced by Capovilla, is a distillate expressing the essence of Chardonnay grown in prized areas of Veneto. Made from a careful selection of grapes, it is distilled to highlight the aromatic nuances of this white variety. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe white fruit such as apple and pear, delicate floral notes and a light hint of vanilla from ageing in wooden casks. On the palate it is harmonious and velvety, with a long, enveloping finish. It suits meditation, desserts with dried fruit or aged cheeses.
