An acquavite produced by Capovilla from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Veneto. It is made by slow artisanal distillation. In the glass it is bright amber. On the nose there are fragrant aromas of mature cherry, red fruits and delicate spicy notes, with a slightly toasted touch from ageing. On the palate it is soft, enveloping and persistent, with a pleasant warm sweetness balanced by lively freshness. It suits after-dinner meditation, dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses.
