Capovilla Distillato Amarene di Montagna (50cl)

A mountain sour cherry distillate from Capovilla, made from carefully selected amarene grown in the mountain valleys of Veneto. It is produced by artisanal low-temperature fermentation and distillation, preserving fragrant fruit notes and the characteristic balance of sweetness and acidity typical of mountain amarene. On the nose it opens with intense fresh amarena aromas, delicate aromatic herbs and a light toasted almond note. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, balanced by pleasant freshness, with a persistent finish recalling the natural sweetness of the fruit. It is suited to being sipped neat after a meal, and also pairs with spoon desserts or aged cheeses.
