Capovilla Distillato di Amarene di Montagna (50cl)

This is a mountain sour cherry distillate from Capovilla, in a 50cl bottle. It is distilled in a bain-marie at around 103°C, which allows very long distillation times and keeps the aromas of the fruit well preserved. The spirit is clear and transparent. The nose is fruity and sweet, with fresh and ripe sour cherries alongside mineral notes. The palate is soft and intense, almost juicy, and the finish returns to the fruit.
