Capovilla Distillato di Pesche di Vigna

A peach distillate from Capovilla, made from vineyard peaches, an old variety traditionally grown among the vines. Capovilla distils in a bain-marie at around 103°C. This allows very long distillation times, which preserve the aroma of the fruit. The spirit is clear and colourless. The nose is mixed and complex, ranging from fruity to sharp. The palate is juicy and fairly full, with peach, apple and citrus.
