Cardhu 12 Year Old 200th Anniversary is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40%, an edition marking two centuries of distilling at Cardhu, which was founded in 1824. It spent twelve years maturing in carefully selected oak casks and has a bright amber colour.
The nose combines honey, vanilla and fresh fruit with a woody note. The palate is soft, fruity and malty, with vanilla and gentle spice building gradually. The finish is round and warm, marked by honey and oak.
