Cardhu Amber Rock is a double matured Speyside single malt from Scotland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured for 15 years in toasted bourbon oak casks, which give it a fruity, toffee-like character. Its colour is amber.
The nose offers vanilla, tropical and dried fruit, fruit cake, almonds and marshmallow. The palate is silky and balanced, with vanilla, pear, apple, spice, oak and a touch of cream. The finish is long, spicy, sweet and creamy, with cocoa and citrus.
