A rosé from Carranco, grown on the volcanic slopes of Etna. Made mainly from Nerello Mascalese, it has a pale, bright pink colour. The nose offers delicate strawberry, cherry and light floral notes, with a fresh citrus lift.
On the palate it is harmonious, with a slender but structured body supported by pleasant acidity. Ageing takes place mainly in steel, preserving purity and freshness. It pairs well with fish dishes, summer salads or grilled white meats.
