Casey Jones Barrel Strength White Bourbon (75cl)

Casey Jones Barrel Strength White Bourbon is a small-batch, high-proof corn-forward bourbon made in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, in a 75cl bottle. It is the uncut, unfiltered version of the distillery's flagship high-corn Mash Bill 1. It is distilled in a square copper pot still, a design pioneered by the founder's grandfather, a Prohibition-era still maker. The spirit nods to the region's moonshine roots. The nose has creamed corn, vanilla bean, subtle floral notes and a hint of almond. The palate is viscous and velvety, with toasted brown sugar, caramel corn, sweet stone fruit, cinnamon and molasses. The finish is long and warming, opening with cinnamon and white pepper before caramel and citrus zest.
