Restoration Rye is the first whiskey release from Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. The distillery occupies the restored Old Taylor site, originally built in 1887.
The rye was distilled in 2016, when the first barrels were filled, and aged for four years before its first release in 2020. The Restoration name refers both to the preservation of the historic site and to the team's commitment to traditional Kentucky whiskey production.
It comes in a 75cl bottle.
