This is the 2022 release of Pinhook Rye, a vintage rye distilled and aged for over two years at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.
It uses Pinhook's own mashbill and was blended in small batches and proofed by the Master Blender. Each yearly release is dedicated to a promising young thoroughbred.
Bright aromas of pear, clove, walnut and honeycomb lead to a palate of baked apple, black pepper and toffee.
