Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon 2020 is a bourbon distilled at Castle & Key, the first from the distillery in nearly 40 years. It was made to a custom mash bill of 75% corn, 10% rye and 15% malted barley.
On the nose it shows tangerine, preserved lemon and brioche. The palate is deep and lush, with dried papaya, toffee, cocoa and almonds.
