This is a wheated small batch bourbon from Castle & Key, the distillery that restored the Old Taylor Distillery, built in 1887.
It uses a reworked mash bill based on the flagship Small Batch Bourbon, with wheat in the recipe. The aim was a sweeter taste and a smoother finish, and it is meant to work both in cocktails and sipped neat.
