Catoctin Creek – Roundstone Rye (75cl, 40%)

Catoctin Creek Roundstone Rye is the flagship of the Catoctin Creek distillery in Purcellville, Virginia. It is a single-barrel whisky in a pre-Prohibition style, made from 100% locally sourced rye grain, and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It has won gold medals in London, New York and San Francisco. It is typically described as a sipping rye that pairs oak cask flavours with the true grain spice of rye.
