Catoctin Creek Single Barrel is a rye whisky from Virginia, in a 70cl bottle. Its recipe goes back to the days before Prohibition, and the distillery makes it from local rye.
The rye is distilled in copper pot stills and the single-barrel whisky matures in a freshly charred American white oak barrel. It is bottled at 40% ABV, unfiltered and with no added colouring.
