Cedar Ridge Iowa Straight Bourbon is a straight bourbon from Iowa, in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV (86 proof). Its grain bill is 74% corn from family farms.
The spirit is distilled to a higher proof, which gives a more approachable bourbon for sipping. The distillery places it in the heart of corn country, in the American Midwest.
