Cedar Ridge Malted Rye Whiskey (75cl)

Cedar Ridge Malted Rye is an American rye whiskey from Cedar Ridge Distillery, in a 750ml bottle. The distillery uses malted rye in its grain bill, which sets it apart from the many rye whiskeys made without malting. To malt the rye, the grains are soaked in water to germinate and then given a blast of hot air. This produces an enzyme that helps the mashing process, and it adds weight along with a toasty, biscuity character to the whiskey.
