Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey

Cedar Ridge Single Malt is an American single malt made from 100% malted barley at Cedar Ridge Distillery. The whiskey first rests in a variety of finishing barrels, then goes into a solera tank where the flavours marry. This gives a depth and complexity that a traditional single barrel ageing system does not achieve. The nose is fragrant with fresh apple and honeysuckle. The palate dries to dusty cocoa, leather and vanilla, with a hint of apple blossom at the core, and the finish has a smoky note reminiscent of lightly peated Scotch.
