Cedar Ridge Single Malt is an American single malt whisky made from malted barley at the Cedar Ridge distillery and matured in oak casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose brings malt, caramel and vanilla, with touches of dried fruit, honey and wood. The palate is round and balanced, and the finish is soft with a light spiciness.
