Cedar Ridge – Wheat Whiskey (40%)

Cedar Ridge Wheat is an American whiskey from the Cedar Ridge distillery, bottled at 40% ABV. It is made mainly from wheat, which gives a softer, rounder character than whiskeys built on rye or corn. Ageing in oak casks adds light woody touches to the nose, alongside sweet cereal, honey, vanilla and caramel. The palate is supple and balanced, and the finish is delicately sweet with some spice.
