Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir

Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir from Seguinot Bordet is a Chardonnay from northern Burgundy, produced in the Grand Cru area of Chablis. Its terroir of limestone and chalk soils gives mineral character and freshness. On the nose there are white fruit, citrus, light floral notes, a subtle balsamic touch and flint. On the palate it is refined, with balanced structure, vibrant acidity and a long, harmonious finish. Ageing is traditionally in stainless steel tanks. It suits refined fish dishes or shellfish, or can be enjoyed on its own.
