An exclusive bottling for Germany, distilled in 2010 in a John Dore pot still at Saint Lucia Distillery and matured for 12 years in bourbon casks. It is a single cask rum, limited to 195 bottles worldwide.
The nose shows stewed plum jam, dark chocolate, coffee sweets, bitter almond and tannin. The palate is herb-fruity and spicy, with burnt sugar, strongly roasted filter coffee and wood. The finish is long, spicy and reminiscent of burnt almond.
