A white wine from Venica, from the Ronco Bernizza vineyard in Collio.
It has a fresh, complex aromatic profile with white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel, floral notes, light mineral sensations and hints of dried fruit. On the palate it is balanced between acidity and body, with a savoury progression and pleasant final persistence.
It pairs easily with fish, shellfish, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses, and can be served as an aperitif; recommended serving temperature is around 10-12 °C.
