Ronco delle Cime is a Friulano from the Collio DOC, made by Venica. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it shows white flowers, aromatic herbs and a delicate almond note on the nose. The palate has balanced body, good acidity and light savouriness supporting the fruit, with a clean, persistent finish. It is best enjoyed young for its liveliness and suits seafood starters, baked or grilled fish, light soups and fresh cheeses. Serve at around 10-12 °C in tulip glasses.
