A Sauvignon from Venica, from Ronco D.Cerò in Collio DOC. It has a fresh, immediate profile with herbaceous notes, white pulp fruit and citrus hints on the nose. The palate is slender, with good acidity and a savoury finish that invites another sip. It suits fish, shellfish and light starters, as well as vegetarian dishes with herbs and grilled vegetables. Serve fresh, around 8-10 °C, in wide glasses. It also works with soft, unaged cheeses and lightly dressed pasta dishes.
