A white wine from Venica, made from Pinot Grigio in the Collio DOC. The nose favours white flowers, citrus, white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, delicate vegetal hints and a trace of minerality. On the palate it balances freshness and softness, with lively acidity, a light structure and pleasant sapidity and persistence. It suits seafood, shellfish, light starters, seasonal vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve cold but not ice-cold, around 8-10 C, in tulip glasses to bring out the aromas.
