A Sauvignon from Collio DOC made by Venica. The wine shows citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, aromatic herbs, white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a delicate mineral sensation. On the palate it has fresh acidity, a savoury texture and a lively consistency that supports the flavours. It suits seafood, shellfish, raw fish, light vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses, and can work as an aperitif. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, and drink relatively young to enjoy its varietal brightness and freshness.
