Chief's Son 900 Sweet Peat is a single cask malt whisky from Chief's Son Distillery, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in ex-fortified French oak barrels.
It is a modern, mild style of peated malt rather than a heavy, aggressive one. A little water is suggested to bring out the richness of the sweet malt and the floral peat.
It is described as sweet, silky and creamy, with a long finish.
