A Longmorn 17 Year Old from Chivas Brothers, in their Cask Strength Edition. It is a Speyside single malt from a small bottling made in 2004, with the batch numbers LM17 001 and LM17 002. Longmorn is described as a big-style dram, with fruit, wax and spice and a strong malt presence on the nose and mid-palate. This bottling is pale gold, with a powerful nose and a little vanilla. The palate shows a little apple juice, perhaps hints of violet and lavender sweets, and a slightly sweetish character with vegetal and herbal notes.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
