Cihuatan Folklore Creation is a 16-year-old single cask rum from El Salvador, bottled at cask strength. It was aged in ex-Bourbon white oak cask number 66 and the release is limited to 218 bottles worldwide.
On the nose there are vanilla pastry, caramel and citrus. The palate brings honey, grape, baked apple, cognac and tropical fruit, with a finish of grape, wood and bourbon cask.
