It is chapter two of the Cihuatán Folklore single barrel collection, selected by Master Blender Gabriela Ayala from the private reserve. The cask is American white oak and the release is limited to 123 bottles worldwide.
The tasting notes include chocolate, toasted caramel, hazelnut, caramelised onions, sundried tomato and charred caramel.
