A limited edition rum from El Salvador, released in 2020. It is a blend of 12 to 14 year old rums matured in former bourbon casks, with a worldwide outturn of 19,600 bottles. The name refers to the Maya vessel used to burn offerings in a ritual to the goddess Chantico.
The flavour profile includes dry flower, dried fruits, honey, incense, cocoa, clove honey and myrtle.
