Cley Dutch Single Malt Whisky Cask Strength (52%)

Cley Dutch Single Malt Whisky Cask Strength comes from the Cley Distillery in Rotterdam, bottled at 52%. It is made from locally sourced malted barley and distilled three times. The spirit was matured in bourbon casks and then finished in quarter casks of toasted new American oak. The distillery works only with organic ingredients from the region, following the Dutch distilling tradition that developed in the 17th century. It is described as direct, intense and full of flavour, with notes of oak, dried fruit, vanilla and creamy butterscotch.
