This is a Dutch single malt from Millstone, matured in American oak and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Millstone is the heart of Zuidam Distillers, a family company founded in 1975 that works in traditional ways and now runs four small pot stills. The grain is ground in mills and fermented for seven days, which is longer than average. The result is a fruity, complex whisky, and Zuidam matures its whiskies in a wide range of quality casks.
