This is a 21 year old Irish single malt from Clonakilty, drawn from a single cask, No. 7883, and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured entirely in a second-fill ex-bourbon barrel.
It is the second single cask of the 21 year old single malt, and it was bottled in October 2023.
The nose shows honey, peaches and cream, with vanilla and apple slices leading to butterscotch, oak spice, leather and crushed pink peppercorns. The finish is long and rich, with toffee, coconut, blackcurrant and vanilla.
