Clonakilty Double Oak Cask is an Irish whiskey that blends single pot still and grain whiskey, made at the Clonakilty Distillery in West Cork. It is bottled at 43.6% and is non-chill-filtered.
The whiskey is matured in ex-bourbon casks, virgin American oak and shaved, re-toasted European oak red wine barrels, in a warehouse beside the Atlantic. The spirit is made from Cork-grown barley from the Scully family farm and triple-distilled in copper pot stills.
