Clonakilty Galley Head is an Irish blended whiskey from the Clonakilty Distillery in West Cork. It marries single pot still whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley, with Irish grain whiskey.
The whiskey is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 40% ABV. Galley Head is the entry point to the Clonakilty range, which takes its name from the Galley Head Lighthouse.
