Clonakilty Galley Head Rhum Cask is an Irish blend of Clonakilty Single Pot Still Whiskey and Irish grain whiskey from hand-selected casks. It is made at the Clonakilty Distillery in West Cork and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The pot still part is made from malted and unmalted barley. The whiskey is matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Rhum Agricole casks, which are said to bring sweet tropical flavours.
