A single cask pot still Irish whiskey from Clonakilty Distillery in West Cork, bottled at a cask strength of 59.8%. This limited edition yielded 330 bottles and is non-chill-filtered. The whiskey was matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and then finished in Moscatel wine casks. The spirit is triple-distilled from barley grown on the estate and by local farmers, and it went through a 160-hour fermentation. It is described as having sweet dried fruit, honeyed citrus and spiced oak.
