Clonakilty Single Pot Still is the flagship Irish whiskey of the Clonakilty Distillery in West Cork, bottled at 46%. It is made from 100% Cork-grown barley from the Scully family farm and triple-distilled in copper pot stills.
The whiskey is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Amontillado sherry casks, in a warehouse beside the Atlantic Ocean.
