Clos des Rocs Chemin des Croix

Clos des Rocs Chemin des Croix is a white Burgundy that reflects the limestone soils of the region, made in a parcel-based approach in which each cuvée reflects its origin. The nose is delicate, with citrus, white fruit and flowers over a clear mineral note. The palate is lively and elegant, with citrus, apple and white-fleshed fruit, a fluid texture and a well-defined structure that carries the length. The finish is persistent, with clean minerality and a slight saltiness. Serve it at 10 to 12°C with fish, shellfish, poultry or creamy dishes.
