This is a 12-year-old Clynelish from the 2022 Special Release, in a 70cl bottle at 58.5% ABV. It shows a spicier, warming side of the distillery.
The whisky first matured in American oak and was then moved into both Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The palate is smooth and rich, with layers of spice and fruit, sherry influence and notes of oak.
