Clynelish 14 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery is the successor to the now-silent Brora and was built opposite the original site.
It is yellow gold in the glass, with a firm body of light to medium weight.
The nose is light candle wax with some sugar and a faint floral fragrance. The palate is creamy and generally maritime. The finish carries some salt and is dryish, with an attractive, slightly bitter edge.
