The nose opens with biscuit and grainy sweetness, moving towards sugary bread with a touch of salt. On the palate it is generous, malty and sweet, with dark pepper, kelp, oaky vanilla, honey and muted caramel.
The finish is gentle, sweet and malty, with only a faint hint of the sea.
