A 30-year-old single cask Clynelish from the Highlands, distilled on 26 September 1995 and matured throughout in a refill sherry butt. Signatory Vintage chose the cask for its Symington's Choice release in the Cask Strength Collection and bottled it on 10 October 2025 at 54.5%, filling 504 bottles of 70cl. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
On the nose are beeswax, honey, citrus peel and dried fruit, alongside maritime notes, light saltiness and old leather. The palate brings caramel and vanilla with dark chocolate, clove and well-integrated oak spice. The finish is long and spicy, with bitter chocolate, maritime hints, fine oak, fruit sweetness and wax.
