This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from Clynelish, bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants for the Lady of the Glen series. It was distilled in 2013, matured in a single hogshead and bottled in 2026 at 54.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The character is waxy and coastal.
The nose offers beeswax, green apple, lemon zest and honeyed malt, with a hint of sea breeze, vanilla cream and polished oak. On the palate it is rich and textured, with orchard fruits, citrus oils, sweet malt, gentle pepper and creamy oak. The finish is long, with waxy notes, coastal freshness, fruit sweetness and warming spice.
