A Highland single malt from Clynelish, distilled in 1972 and bottled in 1997 at 24 years old. It was released as part of Diageo's Rare Malts series and comes in a 70cl bottle at a natural cask strength of 61.3%.
On the nose it recalls an open beehive, with plenty of wax and a light honey. The palate is very waxy, with honeyed notes and flower jams.
