Cocchi Americano Rosa (37.5cl, 16.5%)

Cocchi Americano Rosa is an aromatised wine from Asti, in a 37.5cl bottle. The Americano was created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi and has been made to the original recipe since. It is made with red wines, which give its natural red colour and wild rose notes. It is flavoured with natural extracts of flowers and spices, notably gentian, cinchona and citrus, with saffron, vanilla and rose petals added. The label carries a futurist rooster designed in the 1930s, a symbol of the aperitif's role in awakening the appetite.
