Cohobé Elévation is a French single malt whisky, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from French barley grown around Cognac, in small alambics, and matured in small casks of French oak.
The bottle is shaped after the old alambics, the stills in which the whisky was distilled.
The nose is delicate, with yellow fruit, flowers, malt and a spicy accent. The palate is silky, with a fresh, floral and fruity combination of flavours. The finish carries hints of malt and honey.
